In cities like Los Angeles where buildings seek maximum footprints, Green Infrastructure solutions were directed to consider all water sources (domestic/waste/recycled/stormwater and groundwater).
The goal was to create more efficient ways for private and public sector to upgrade deteriorating infrastructure.
Maybe we could look at a bright light lit in Los Angeles by the City’s Department of Public Works (Garcetti) and create infrastructural opportunities for private investment ( ✅ launched pre COVID ) and protect it from corruption and political power seekers (tbd).
Of course, we could also tax the uber wealthy more extensively so there is not so much excessive wealth passed down in the first place.
